You're an Engineer with Technical Sales experience, and you have sold to some of the process industries - food, chemical, oil, gas, pharmaceutical, steel, water and wastewater treatment, dairy, mining. paper manufacturing - for example. As Sales Manager within this international Engineering Group, you'll use that background to gain enquiries from those industries for the company's liquid process and chemical processing equipment- and gradually turn those enquiries into orders and projects won. You'll have technical support and backing from a team of Process Engineers and Proposals Engineers, and training and support to help you to understand the technology of the process, instrumentation, equipment and solution that you'll be selling, its capabilities, and it's up to you to sell its advantages to the industrial process manufacturing sectors in the UK.

Splitting your time between the office in Southern England, and your customer appointments with companies in the UK. A central southern home base in Hampshire, Surrey or Sussex would be useful. Mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or process engineering qualifications would be ideal to support your sales skills. Candidates MUST be eligible to work in the UK.
