Description

You understand PLC SCADA Robotic Control Systems technology, and you can talk about it to customers in the food and beverage industry. You might have worked in those two industries, understand the manufacturing process they use, the packaging and process machinery they use, what they could automate, and how. And now you'd like to move from your job as an Engineer or a Project Engineer or Project Manager into a Sales Engineer or Business Development role, where you can bring that knowledge and interest in engineering, build relationships with food manufacturers, and bring PLC SCADA Robotic and Controls Engineering business and projects into the company.

That's what this is.

You'll be working for a growing Controls Engineering company with an excellent reputation for delivering PLC HMI SCADA Robotics Control and Factory Automation projects to many well known food, brewery, beverage manufacturers in the East Midlands and East Anglia regions, and across the UK. You'll work with the Managing Director to talk to customers, to tell them what the company can do, to bring in enquiries for work, do quotations and proposals for PLC control systems, Robot Cells, Collaborative Robot projects, SCADA and Electrical Control Panels. You'll keep talking to these customers to turn those quotes into sales orders, and build relationships with Engineering Managers, Project Managers, and develop new customers, new business. Aim: to win engineering projects, help the company to grow, build your role within the company as it grows.

Rewards: A good basic salary and a sales related bonus, pension, holiday and other benefits, together with share options for the future. The future also includes a chance to build a career on your successes here. More sales = company grows = more opportunities for you to grow too.

So, if your background includes Engineering, Control Systems, Food, Beverage, good communication skills, and a desire to wrap them all up and use them all, talk to me.
