My clients design and deliver Factory Automation, Packaging, Processing and Conveyor projects to the UK's food, pharmaceutical, beverages industries. Busy, but with plans to grow further, they would like to appoint a Sales Engineer to help the company to take that next step.
Working with the Sales Director and MD to promote the company's mechanical, electrical, PLC, Control Systems capabilities, and ability to handle a complete factory automation project from start to finish. You'll talk to existing customers to gain new work, and new customers to talk about what you can do for them too. As well as field sales engineering, quotations, estimates, proposals, tendering, you can be part of the team running the project for the customer right to the end too if you'd like to.
Your technical sales background might be in: capital projects, perhaps selling machinery, automated systems, conveyors, packaging systems- and a track record of selling to the food, beverages, pharmaceutical, and similar manufacturing industries. Ideally, based in Suffolk / East Anglia to be at the heart of the company's future plans.
