- Description
Separators and centrifuges are used in so many industrial processes that the Service Engineers are always busy. Added to that, so many pieces of rotating machinery have been pushed so hard during Covid that they need repairs, maintenance, or installation of new machinery.
That's the reason why my client has decided to appoint TWO NEW SERVICE ENGINEERS.
Based in the Midlands OR Northern Home Counties, the new Engineers will be working on the overhaul and maintenance of installed separators, decanters, centrifuges- and commissioning new machines too on customers sites in the water, waste water, food, brewery, chemical, and liquids manufacturing industries.
You'll be a mechanical engineer, with some electrical knowledge, experienced in rotating machinery-- and this could be pumps, presses, filtration, separation or centrifugal / centrifuge machines. You'll be used to travelling to customer sites, the odd stay away, or an engineer wanting to get into the service engineering field, and accepting that travel is part of it.
You'll be joining an expanding, well-funded company, run by engineers with many years experience in this sector, joining a team which hasn't got time for corporate politics, just likes to get on with it.. You'll be paid well, and you'll earn extra from paid overtime. Sensible hours are encouraged, but if you want to work, the hours are certainly there to be earned from.
