Description

The Electrical Control Panel Workshop has been busy this year, and will be even busier next year, so there's a need for a Control Panel Wirer to join the team.

For many years, they've buit good quality PLC control panels and Electrical control panels here- it's a solid, secure company with a number of big customers, providing a constant stream of work.

The plan is to find an Electrician or Electrical Wirer who is capable of reading electrical drawings and control panel layouts, following those to wiring up and cabling those enclosures and panels efficiantly, to a good standard. Sometimes when you've built a control panel, you might be asked to help to do the electrical installation of these on the customers' site, using a company vehicle, but 90% of the work takes place at the company's units in the Peterborough area.

What do we need? Electrical control panel wiring experience, or industrial electrician experience, able to read drawings, qualifications, driving licence, and some training can be given to someone who wants to build on these skills too.

You'll earn £26000 - £27000 basic salary, and as it's busy, you'll also have the chance to earn extra from higher rate overtime too, holidays, pension, and BUPA after a qualifying period.

If that appeals to you, contact me, Mark Burnard at Hartland Recruitment, or send me a copy of your CV and I will get some extra details to you.
