My client is taking their fast moving busy factory up a level. Looking at the ways they maintain their machinery, preventative maintenance. new improvement projects too, and adding to the Maintenance Engineering Team to improve the cover so that they can make these improvements.

They need a Shift Maintenance Engineer - electrical, 17th or 18th edition, some experience with PLC controlled machines to help make that change. Yes, you'll work 4 x 12 hour shifts, and yes you'll deal with breakdowns, but you'll help the team to improve planned maintenance, put in methods, build efficiency, and do improvement projects to plant and machinery. Rest assured it's a non- food meat- free factory, and just as the factory is aiming to raise it's game, the company will aim to raise your skills too.

Progression is possible- you could move on to managing a Maintenance Engineering team, or group of Shift Technicians for example. But equally, if that's not for you, and steady, good quality work is, then you'll be at home here too.
