They need a Shift Maintenance Engineer - electrical, 17th edition, some experience with PLC controlled machines to help make that change. Yes, you'll work 4 x 12 hour shifts, and yes you'll deal with breakdowns, but you'll help the team to improve planned maintenance, put in methods, build efficiency, and do improvement projects to plant and machinery.
