The Company:

A growing, Engineer-led PLC HMI SCADA Control Systems Engineering systems integrator, with a constant supply of Factory Automation projects- all gained by word of mouth, all because of their excellent reputation to deliver a strong solution.

You:

You’ve worked as a Control Systems Engineer for 2 years, and maybe you’re fed up of being called the Junior Control Systems Engineer, and you’re fed up of being given the little jobs, of being held back.

Then this is the role that you take next. The plan is for you to have more responsibility, get involved in designing your own PLC software projects, being more involved throughout those projects, doing your own site commissioning. You’ll get guidance from a very experienced Control Systems Engineer – but they’ll stand back and let you loose, and give you opportunities. They want you to grow with the company, and this is the only way you’ll do it.

They’ll give you the training to gain more PLC SCADA skills and get to that next step.

Skills/others:

2-3 years of PLC programming work experience

Siemens TIA Portal S7 WinCC would be good. Or Allen Bradley or another main PLC HMI type
