Automation Engineer – PLC Diagnostics & Support
Location: M62 Corridor – Runcorn, St Helens, Warrington, Altrincham, Salford, Manchester, Huddersfield
Salary: £44,000 base + paid overtime + out-of-hours pay + profit share
Total Package: £54,000–£55,000 + £5,000 car allowance + benefits
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Put your PLC software diagnostics skills to work in a role where no two days are the same. You’ll be working with a variety of manufacturers, identifying and resolving faults in PLC, HMI, and SCADA-controlled systems. The diversity of systems and challenges will stretch your skills and keep the work engaging.
About You
- Comfortable working with PLC platforms such as Rockwell Automation / Allen Bradley, Siemens, Omron, and others
- Enjoy solving industrial automation issues
- Possibly already working in-house as an Automation Engineer and looking to expand your experience
- Motivated by variety and technical challenges
