Description

50% field service, installation and commissioning of my client's industrial machinery - and 50% in the factory, working in a team to build the machines from the floor upwards, testing, electrically and mechanically fitting these.

Aside from electrical and mechanical engineering or technician skills and a liking for machinery - and that might be enough-- a really big bonus would be if you had some experience with PLC's or Robots. Some of their automated, high speed materials handling machines are PLC controlled, some include robots, and this experience can be useful when you install these on customer sites.

Rewards: A good basic salary from £39000 - £43000, high pension contribution, 33 days holidays- and the chance to learn and add extra skills to the ones that you have, to get involved in some interesting special purpose machinery projects.
