Growing significantly across the past decade, my client is a leading PLC HMI SCADA and Electrical Control Systems integrator, with experience in many factory automation fields from automotive, food, steel, paper, pharmaceutical and beverages, and growing into modern industry 4.0 applications. 

To continue that growth, I am searching for a Business Development Manager who can aid the company to add more work to their existing projects in the Steel, Aluminium, Metals industries.

Ideally, you have an existing record of selling into these markets, and a knowledge of Industrial Automation, such as PLC control, Electrical Controls, Drives, Robotics, Factory Automation -- and an interest in how these techniques can move the manufacturer from today into an improved tomorrow.

You'll be working from home, able to travel to meet customers across the UK in your sector. South Wales would naturally be a good location for this person.

To support your Sales Engineering and Business Development activities, you'll be backed by a team of skilled Engineers, Project Managers, an estimating tendering quotations and applications engineering team- and your role will be to work with existing and find new customers for the company, and talk to all of them about their automation engineering needs.
