Description

An extra Electrical Design Engineer is needed to join a small team within a growing Control Systems Engineering company. based in the Norwich area. For the past decade, they have been steadily growing, customers and project levels have risen, and to keep pace, more Engineers are needed.

There's a need for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to design the control panels and hardware behind many of the Company's projects. Work on these projects can be wide ranging, so if you have experienc of designing one of these, it would fit well:

- Distribution Switchgear/ LV Switchboards - Motor Control Centres (MCC's) - Electrical PLC Control Panels.

Designing, sizing and selecting the control and instrumentation within the panels, electrical schematics / panel layouts / Electrical CAD drawings / Bills of materials / helping the panelbuilders to overcome problems when the panels are manufactured, and if you want to, helping out with the running of the project, which can be in one of several industries and processes.

It's genuinely an opportunity to join and then take part in a growing company, and to enjoy the wide range of projects that they do, as well as bringing in your experience. Above all, it's a company which believes less in meetings and many managers, and more in a team of engineers who "just want to get on with it."

Salaries are flexible. The main aim is to bring in an experienced, interested Electrical Design Engineer, and then to reward that person to try to keep them happy.

If that appeals to you, contact me, Mark Burnard at Hartland Recruitment, or send me a copy of your CV and I will get some extra details to you.
