A well-established Peterborough based commercial and industrial electrical engineering contractor has asked me to help with the search for a qualified Electrician to join their team.

The company needs to find an Electrician with experience of electrical installation, lighting, power, commercial electrical installations - ideally inspection and test too. There will be a wide range of work, from pumping station switchgear, panels and power, wastewater treatment plants, farm warehouse upgrades, emergency lighting - and normally within a 25 mile radius of Peterborough.

There's a chance to join a very friendly "band of brothers" type company, to help mentor an apprentice, and get involved with helping the company to grow by offering first-rate services to a widening range of customers.

Ideally, you'll be an experienced Electrician who can run their own day, has 18th edition IEE wiring regulations and electrical qualifications. C&G 2391, 2394 or 2395 inspection and test certification would be useful too.

In return you'll get a salary of £35000 - £36000 plus overtime after 40 hours, your own vehicle, and benefits.
