Description

An Engineer-led Automation Company experiencing significant growth has asked me to search for an additional PLC Controls Engineer to join the team in 2020, to work on a wide variety of work, and to become part of the team developing the company's work further in future.

Possibly Senior Engineer status for an experienced Control Systems Engineer here. Someone who could take the lead on projects, but be totally hands-on in the design of PLC control software, factory automation systems projects.

Ideally, the Company would like to add an Engineer with a mix of PLC software with an Electrical background-- someone who has an appreciation of the electrical aspects of projects (drives, control panels, MCC's for example).

PLC programming (any PLC, but Allen Bradley, Controllogix, Siemens S7 TIA Portal are used widely here).

A wide range of work in several manufacturing industries, and the scope to progress further in the company, get involved in new aspects such as Industry 4.0 projects, robotic automation, fast materials handling, MES.
