Our client manufactures world-leading industrial products at its Northamptonshire factory, which has undergone a large investment in automation, and further improvements to its packaging, manufacturing and processing methods is planned.

Several improvements have also been made in the way that the factory is maintained, and now a new Maintenance Engineering Manager is sought to built on the situation and continue to develop a maintenance structure to support the factory and business going forward.

You'll lead a team of 6-8 Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineers, have experience of leading maintenance teams and maintenance methods, such as PPM, planned maintenance, preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance of PLC controlled plant and machinery. You'll be responsible for the planning and introduction of new machines, engineering improvements, for safety issues, for managing your maintenance budgets, and reporting progress in a key managerial role within the Company.
