Description

The company is a PLC HMI Automation Systems Integrator, handling factory automation projects for leading food manufacturers in the UK and Europe. You'll do the PLC control software programming, HMI configuration, Control Systems Design, and then for commissioning these control systems on customer sites at the end of the project. It's a role with a lot of variety from start to finish.

What do we need from you? PLC programming skills-- Rockwell Automation / Allen Bradley, Siemens S7 TIA Portal software design projects. You need to be experienced, eligible to work in the UK now and in the future without any sponsorship, happy to travel to customer sites, keen to keep adding to your skills and extend a career in control systems going.

So what's good about this company? We've had a long association with this one, and we like how people are treated as people, not employees. There's an open door policy, no "us and them" but "we're all in it together." It's calm, fairly relaxed, it's got an attitude of "let's give back a bit of what we take out of the world." But it's busy, it's automating the food manufacturing market- and let's face it, we've got a long way to go on that one, so this should be a long career.

Salary: £60K basic is possible if you're an experienced controls engineer. Plus some excellent people benefits

What's next? If you'd like to join, and enjoy being part of this team, then send a copy of your CV to Mark Burnard at Hartland Recruitment, ASAP
