Description

Leading a team of 5 Control Systems Engineers in an expanding, secure control systems integration company but at the same time, remaining hands-on, using your own PLC controls engineering experience that the others can respect and look up to. Maybe giving back a little of the development and mentoring that you once had too. it's not "heavy-handed management" but it's organising the work and resources so that your team does it's projects efficiently and profitably. It's also about growing that team in the future too.

It's the next career jump up from Control Systems Engineer, that will hopefully see you go further.

The Directors would still like you to come in with PLC SCADA programming ability. Some of these- Siemens TIA or S7 PLC, Rockwell Automation, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron PLC's, Wonderware Intouch, iFix, Cimplicity, WinCC software programming, automation control systems design.

You'll be joining a company which actually likes its people and values them, and has a level of secure work and scope of work that is the envy of several others.

Your salary will be a good one in the range I have quoted, plus a range of excellent benefits.

Location: South Coast -Southampton, Portsmouth, Alton, Winchester, south of Farnham location would be good. It's a great area to relocate to too.
