Description

Part of a major Engineering Group and poised for further growth in the future, my client has asked me to recruit a CONTROL SYSTEMS ENGINEERING MANAGER to lead, manage, develop a team of 15+ PLC HMI SCADA Control Systems Software Engineers, and take a leading role in project delivery of factory automation and process control projects.

An ideal role for a PLC HMI SCADA Lead Engineer, Project Manager or a Control Systems Engineer who has organised and led a team of Systems Engineers on Control Systems projects, aiming for an Engineering Management role.

This role is pivotal to the success of the company, and is responsible for leadership and technical development of a team of 15-20 software engineers, resource planning, technical, commercial project delivery, customer meetings, problem solving, and  delivering high quality PLC HMI SCADA control software projects to a wide range of automation and process customers.
