A manufacturer of special purpose packaging and process machinery has asked us to search for a Sales Engineer living in the Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire area to join their Business Development Team.

You will become part of a small Sales Engineering team which talks to existing international customers, manufacturers, process and food manufacturers, to get enquiries for machinery orders. You'll concentrate on winning orders from one continent in the world.

Working from Bedfordshire- mostly from the office, via video, but also with some foreign travel per year when possible.

Some experience of sales or project engineering in which you have dealt with international, overseas customers- ideally in the machinery, packaging machinery, process machinery, capital equipment, conveyors, pumps, compressors, for examples. Any experience of selling to the food, brewery, dairy, manufacturing or process industries would be an asset. Mechanical Engineering qualifications also help when compiling quotations and proposals for a complete system, calculations, speeds, etc.
