- Description
If you have done some PLC programming, maybe supported some internal Factory Automation Projects, have good PLC diagnostics experience, and want to get more involved, read on.
My customers design a variety of industrial automation, factory automation systems for the pharmaceutical, food and dairy industries. They're busy, and solving problems daily for big customers, helping to put food on the table across the UK.
They're seeking an AUTOMATION ENGINEER to design new PLC based systems, as well as upgrade and support existing systems on customer sites. So it will be a mix of PLC control software programming, design of Allen Bradley / Rockwell / Siemens PLC systems, supporting / diagnosing faults on automated systems (some done remotely, some on site) and upgrading hardware and software to add extra functions to existing systems that have been commissioned on sites.
ANY PLC programming experience will be good- Allen Bradley would be a bonus. Someone who wants to do more, learn more, get involved with a range of factory automation (PLC, Robotics, Conveyor Systems, Vision Systems, Processing Systems, Electrical, Drives, Servos, etc all involved here).
