- Description
Are you an Electrical Design Engineer, interested in waking up or using your PLC programming skills- and a job with a lot of variety of automated machinery design? Look at this.
Industrial Automation is becoming a larger part of daily manufacturing life, and my automated machinery client is busy because of this, attracting work from a wider range of industries.
They need an Electrical Design Engineer to join the team which designs electrical, schematics, control panels, PLC hardware, drives for their machinery design projects. They'd also like to stretch your skills into assisting with PLC programming. If you have PLC control software programming skills now- great - if your skills are there but rusty, still apply- the company can work on this with you.
The plan is for you to see the automation project and machines through from start to finish, to join the team in commissioning the machines on UK sites at the end- so you all get to see what you designed actually working.
In time, it will take your Electrical Design Engineering main skills into other types of factory automation and machinery projects, such as robotic cells, handling, conveying, test and assembly machinery. All they ask is that you be flexible, go with the flow.
If you would like to break new ground, do something different with your Electrical Design Engineering, add to your PLC programming, control software design skills, send me a copy of your CV.
