An experienced Design Engineer - probably experienced in designing machinery, sub-assemblies for machines, sizing selecting aspects such as pneumatics, gears and transmissions, moving parts, materials, with Solidworks or similar 3D design experience. Someone experienced in designing equipment, who would then play a key role in the company's future product development, of new ranges, upgrades to existing machines, cost down exercises, as well as using their flair to create new machines for new world markets and machines to customer specification.
