My clients build, design, install PLC and Robotic Machines to automate production lines in many different ways, in many different industries. They're busy on just UK customer work- so they need an extra Commissioning and Service Engineer to join a team which test the machines in-house then commissions them on UK customer sites, and goes back to service and maintain them once delivered.

Probably 40% inside the factory- testing machines, checking PLC software and electrical mechanical issues- then 60% out on UK sites Commissioning or Servicing those machines. Minimal stays away as most customers are central England too. Pool or hire car for site work, so no company car tax- and good basic and overtime earnings.

Skills needed: Qualified Engineer, some PLC software ability, wants to get involved with Robotics, likely to have done maintenance or installation of PLC controlled machines, conveyors, etc. Based East Midlands or Central England.
