- Description
With several years of growth behind it, and BMS projects to handle, my clients kept busy throughout the lockdown. Now, they're ready to add to their team again.
I am searching for a BMS COMMISSIONING ENGINEER.
Ideally based in Yorkshire, and with experience of Building Management Systems Engineering field, you will be responsible for commissioning building energy management systems on customers sites across Northern England-- mostly Yorkshire and the M62 area. For 10% of your time you might have to travel to install, commission, service, support BMS projects in other parts of the UK, but the bulk of your work will be in the North.
You'll be working alongside Project Engineers who will handle the BMS systems design, strategies, and your role will be installation and commissioning, adding the software into a control panel, get them to work.
Experience with 1-2 popular BMS systems such as Tridium, Trend Controls, Distech, Trend, Schneider would be perfect. (Any ability in programming BMS software or graphics would just be a great bonus). Knowledge of industrial networks, BACnet, Modbus would be a help too.
It's a friendly company to work for from the top downwards, priding itself on high quality engineering projects, support and service, linked with many leading BMS systems types, and with the aim to grow.
The salary will be negotiable, but good rates of pay should reward your efforts, together with company car, pension, and benefits.
