Field Service Engineer £28/£30k+Otime (£40k+)
Field Service Engineer £28000 – £31000 basic salary, paid overtime after 39 hrs, site enhancements which can result in a further £12k-18k, great benefits, and a great variety of work in a team with solid employment.
We’re searching for Engineers with a mix of Rockwell Automation control systems / Allen Bradley PLC’s, Controllogix modification, some knowledge of SCADA electrical and mechanical control systems skills to join this team servicing and commissioning Gas Turbine, Power Generation and Control Systems projects and installations.
Additional expertise in Power Generation, Generating Set, Gas Turbine / Rotating Machinery, PLC diagnostics, electrical and mechanical skills would be very useful.
For part of your time you’ll be office based, supporting engineers and customers on power stations, mostly UK work, occasionally offshore oil rigs– and for part of the time you’ll be field based, as a Field Service Engineer, attending service, breakdowns, commissioning, maintenance of gas turbine driven gensets on UK power stations, occasionally overseas CHP projects, very occasionally north sea oil rigs.
